Description

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is part of the National Health Service (NHS). In redeveloping the website it was important that the site was not only easier to navigate but accessible to many more people. This is why in developing and building this site a number of public and staff focus groups and user testing sessions were held.

• Creating multiple themes for improved visibility
• Conducting usability testing with end users
